In Jan., my computer got infected with a virus that wouldn't let me go onto some sites such as Photobucket, Deviantart, and Vampirefreaks. It kept telling me my cookies would have to be enabled EVEN THOUGH they were. I don't play with the cookies.
Anywho, I sent my computer to this guy and said something about a really bad virus so he re-installed everything back and put something inside that would prevent some virsues, I DONT KNOW, something similar to that xD
When I got it back, I turned it on and it was definitley re-installed. Now, the confusing part is, that links I've been before on sites, like on Wikipedia, they're a dark purple as in, I visited them before. Another confusing part is, is that it still won't let me log onto the previously mentioned sites!
Gahh, I'm at a loss! Help please??

Did he repartition and format the hard disk and install everything from scratch? (Which is the proper thing to do in these cases...) Or did he just reinstall everything on an already infected hard disk? (Which has little chance of correcting the problem...)Originally Posted by Kera1xx

(I've used it plenty, its not some bull about it finds and says "buy me to remove" un uh, it removes what it finds, it's great!)
