HELP ME!! -releated to torrents-

Hi everyone, I don't know if this is the right place to put this post in, but there is nowhere else to put it in so i will post it here:
I have downloaded GTA: San Andreas for pc from torrentspy.com
I'm using BitComet and the download reached 100% and everything is ok..
but, when i open the download directory (where GTA has been saved) i only get this:

I don't know what program i need to run this and install GTA, If you have any idea about this please help as soon as possible(T.T) im looking forward to hearing from you

Wrong section

Can you open the Text file there and tell us what it says? I assume it tells you how to run the program.
