It does help with the time of how fast Windows loads up after a complete shut down just as Sasurai mentioned, its not surprisingly noticeable for everyone but if you have a bulk load of either fonts, programs that load on startup, etc. it could be helpful.

Yeah I do have a long startup time. But what I mean is if I wipe the temp folders everytime how would it affect my time for opening programs etc. And are these temp files needed?

Temporary file - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

They are temp internet cookies, program temp files that didn't get deleted after crashes, etc.

Its not at all bad to delete them.

lol sorry to keep asking questions, but those temp cookies are not the same as the ones that keep your log in info right?? Cuz i hate to have to login every single day to my sites.

They do clear all the sessions which keeps you logged onto sites and what not, you might want to get used to the idea off saving your passes / usernames in your browser.

Just today i tried downloading a Malware program to get rid of virus that was effing with my browsers. and through some positive reviews i found one that worked fine. but then as luck would have it the darn thing got rid of 'virus' infected system files, which totally screwed me over if it had not been for a life saving restore.

seriously has this ever happened to anyone?., whenever i try these things like that, they alway screw my system. Registry Mechanic did that to me long ago but this new version seems to hold up nicely this time.

i know i have a few bugs that my Spyware Doctor(and even norton) is missing., any suggestions?

I dislike Norton by far a lot... get NoD32 or Kaspersky, if you have money that is. If not I guess I'll have to find a good and trustworthy program.

I used Spyware Doctor also, not the best program in my mind.
