That message usually appears when you connect the ipod to charge, so I don't think it is a big deal. What you should do is continue to finish transfering music to your ipod, then "eject" your Ipod. That should be enough to get the message away.

Just reset you ipod by holding the "menu" and the middle button together until you get something.

yeah it did. And thanx now its back to normal. Though now its saying Do Not Disconnect once I replugged it back in......wtf.

It is just to be safe in case you are transffering music, nothing much to worry about.

If you have a pc you need to eject is from itunes and from the little control panal in the bottom right hand corner where the time and date are. My ipod does not remove the "do no dissconnect" screen until I do both.

Common trouble shooting problems is what you're experiencing. Since your iPod is working now, you might want to restart it just in case. But save all of what's on your iPod to your computer so that you don't have to completely lose everything. Press and hold the center and "Menu" button for a while.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanx its starting to work fine and I'm not experincing any problems as of now.
