I got my Q6600 up to 3.6 on air. My temps never got higher than the mid 50's under load. That could be because of my massive heat sink, but also because the G0 stepping Q6600 is a great overclocker. Still though, it wasn't as stable as I would have liked with that high a FSB.
In any case, why so much ram? Do you ever even touch anything above 4 gigs? Also, I just want to put out there that I personally haven't seen that much real-world performance gains between the raptorX and a standard 7200 raid 0. A few small areas are improved (booting to be one for sure), but not really enough to justify the typical price difference.
