I recently got a broadband connection and was wondering how I could connect it to 2 computers. Someone said I may need a router, but I'm seriously not good with this stuff. For a wired connection, exactly wat do I need.
Help in anyway would be appreciated. Thank you.

There are many methods, the easiest is to get a simple 4 port USB hub (Cheap and at Walmart) and connect the broadband modem to the hub and the two pc's to the hub. If the broadband modem reconizes the MAC address of the hub then you are set. If not then reset the modem (button on back) and when it comes back up it should work from that point. There are few other methods like a crossover cable, routher, switch, etc...
