Do you mean programs such as Shockwave Flash or Macromedia Flash?
Does anyone know a program that can read swf files, like when it's downloaded games??

Umm yeah i guess, i don't know know really what kinda program i'm looking for but the last one i tried (which i of course can't remember the name of) could open the files but it didn't show anything from the game. But i was hopeing that there would be a program that can read swf files after downloading them to the desktop (or somewhere else on the computer) and then read it without being connected to the internet
Have you tried Googling it over internet never know what you might found.

Yeah i tried that but i didn't wanna download all kinda different programs if they don't even work.
And the program i tried i called "SWF Opener 1.3" i think >.<
SWF stands for "Shockwave Flash". It is owned by Adobe these days (used to be Macromedia).
Adobe - Adobe Flash Player
Many programs and websites use flash animations and graphics. If you can't see them there is usually a little line of text saying you need flash version (insert version here) to view the content.
Well i can play them on the games on the internet, but i wanted to download some games so i wouldn't have to be connected to the internet all the time. And i do have Adobe Flash Player but when i download a game (swf file) and i wanna open it, the computer can't find a sutible program for that file, so it wanna try to search for one on the internet...
So i wanted to see if it was possible to find a program that can read/play swf files and does not have to be connected to the internet
I might be being stupid, but cant you just open them in your browser (firefox or IE, as long as flash player is installed) even if you are offline.
I may have misunderstood as that seems an obvious thing to do.
