for all who have gif sigs.........................that has the owner and little things like that how do you make them all as one gif?

As an animation or what? You need to explain more.

i dont really know how to explain it....................it is the banners...............like stuff that says afi fan, or bro of chan..............those type of sigs

um well they are just one file...save it from the digital imaging program or whatever as a .gif
