Software recommendations.

Hello I am at a loss on where to post this so I figured I would start here, I have a question on software for making AMV's. I am a beginning AMV maker, and I would like to know any good software that is out there that I can download for free, this way I don't have to worry about water marks in the middle of my finished project like AVSvideo editor puts on it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. (sorry again if I posted this in the wrong spot)

Well you can use Windows Movie Maker...not the best program and it crashes a lot, but it should do the job. It is especially nice for just getting into it. That is how I got started making them....still I am not any good at them though XD

All the video's I've made were made in Windows Movie Maker, so it can't be that bad of a program. You just need high quality source, patience, and some creative editing.

Thanks you two, and it is alright Kairu, I think I know what program I am going to use, however, I can only work with it on the weekdays, (only on the college compters) Nero vision 4

I made the AMV in the AMV contest with it.

just like to thrown in, from expirence i would also think about making sure your have a good sized RAM going on , otherwise you'll crash a lot more.

All the videos (with exception of Seed of the Firefly) that I made were made on a pretty crappy computer (When compared with my current computer)

I only had a 1.13 ghz proc, and 512 of poor slow ram. Like I said, patience... and save often (Like after you make any major edit)

Thanks you guys, I think I ahave found my software, so I will go with Nero Vision 4. Thanks for your help, just needed to find what Iliked to use.
