start bar not showing up

right click > properties > appearance > theme

my original blue bar with green start menu is gone as well as my style xp themes. i dont know why they dont work anymore. i restarted my pc once and when i got it running again, the themes stopped working. is there a way to fix or reinstall? please help

Did you buy StyleXP? If you didn't, you ought to know it's shareware in use for 30 days only. Uninstall it, if that doesn't fix the situation, then try manually applying the style.

C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\Luna\

Open 'Luna.msstyles'. You should

If your missing the Luna folder here, then you somehow deleted it. I can try uploading it somewhere since 'luna', probably the most popular theme, can't be found by me at the moment.

maybe i should uninstall and reinstall. i still have the Luna theme though but when i load that or anything else it says could not be loaded but you can try to load it back in the control panel computer adminstrative settings. i went there and restarted on stylexp and 'themes'. the themes has stopped working or something.

i might need to restart my comp. if nothing works, then there must be some other way to fix it and if not, i guess i need a new computer. this computer is 2003 so yeah...
