It really is a preference. If you want Really high refreash rates and resolutions and you don't have much money, CRT monitors are the go.

If money isn't an option, you can get a LCD monitor that does the same for a much higher price.

the rest is just personal opinions really.

for me I like CRT monitors over LCD, having used both, I like the crsiper colors and higher refreshrates of CRTs.

Well I have rating and reveaws on the flat screens monitor and some the colors are more sharper clearer and crisper the only pro about flat screens is easy to move around take less space up.
Do you think That LCD flat screens monitors have crisper color and images and brighter ?

As a graphic artist, I've used a good deal of monitors, some of them really high end too.

CRT monitors have the crispest display unless you literally pay through the nose to get a high end LCD, and even then, the difference is marginal.
