Ichiruki for the win. they have a special connection between them. they are friend but more than friends. I like them to be together, no much romance in bleach manga though.
I know there are many IchiRuki hints but I'll state just one that happened in the latest season, season 16.
When Ginjo got Ichigo's powers, Ichigo cried, then it rained too. But when he was stabbed by Rukia, even though he still didn't know that it would bring his powers back, he smiled when he saw her, and it stopped raining.

Obviously IchiRuki. There are more Ichiruki hints and fans than ichihime. Ichihime is obviously one-sided.
