Franky is the pervert, running through town flashing his stuff, not even bothering to nap a bit of cloth to coverup. Sanji just loves women, well cute women. He is instantly whipped when facing a cute woman. As far as I know he doesn't actually try and sneak peeks or steal their clothing, or hoard perverted magazines, or cop a feel. Sure there was that time at the end of the Baroque Works Saga, but he wasn't alone and probably would not have done it without prodding from the king.

defintely Boa Hankokku,.. my favourite in one piece.

In one piece not gonna lie but out of the crew i have no fav cause there all to amazing but aside the crew i luv crocodile, ace, marco mihawk, shanks, jimbei, don flamingo-he really scares me though, enel, perona, and emporio ivankov :P
