Yeah,in one piece 675 I have the same thoughts as you, if she does not have a devil fruit, how she can transformed herself and follow law, or law must be know her if she without something special ability, but what devil fruit she had? another hints.

yes. hope one piece 676 will reveal what devil fruit power she owns.

I hope it's not a Zoan type Monet has. I wonder who's crew, she would join when the time comes. Plus some more brokers appear in this chapter,so expecting them to encounter luffy later on.

And Caribou still attacking mermaids."hope jinbe does something about him" lol I think Caesar can't control Slimy for now.?

Monet, she must be an important role in this arc, I remember in the preview chapters, Oda gives Monet a whole page to draw her, and I think maybe she has some power of the devil fruit...(not sure, my guess)
But CC can not control Slime, I think maybe Slime just want to eat something first...(it lets me think of the scene of the Moria and OZ...)
Slime is not an easy actor to be beaten.

yeah ,slime just like a animal ,and he didn't listen to cc ,so once luffy escape and the slime is not a question because of his haki .so escape quickly luffy .look forward to chopper 's action in one piece 676
