one piece 676 is a pretty interesting chapter and yeah there are a lot of questions and i feel like a lot of them have already been raised but one i still have is how vergo (who i assume has COO because he is a strong VA apparently) has not sensed Chopper. Also this monet seems to be able to see and sense things as well. I just do not get how chopper has stayed hidden. Thats why I think it has to be one of those two that threw the paper or maybe DD is trying to backstab CC. I don't know i just find it hard to believe that chopper is actually able to stay hidden. I feel like it has to do with this person who threw the paper.
