I just know BB is the only one who hold the power of two devil fruits in one piece manga so far. but he gains the second power not by eating another devil fruit, but stealing it from whitebeard. if someone eats two, they will die. this is the rule.
er, the man whose name has "D" inside can eat two devil fruit. maybe someday luffy will have twice ability too.
