I like Needless, Claymore, Soul Eater, and Change 123 a lot too.
I'm also reading Bleach, One Piece, Fairy Tail, Hunter X Hunter, Rosario+Vampire, and Id.
Ive read a good bit of Berserk and Gantz but they just got boring after chapter 300. I just couldn't stand how Caska and whatever-her-name-is in Gantz developed in the story anymore lol. And I attempted to read Aiki but I couldn't really get into the art style.
So I came to this forum hoping to be directed to a new manga to read while waiting for the others to release. lol
I'm looking for something more Action/Seinen genre. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I've read Sekirei, Freezing and Needless. Based on those I recommend
Sora No Otoshimono: Probably more romance/comedy based than what you're looking for but I'd still give it a look.

Medaka Box: Takes a while to get to the action, but it's still great
