i currently read air gear, and welcome to the NHK
any suggestions for mangas that are similar

since dont know about air gear and the other one u posted , could u tell me what genres of manga are they ? i could then possibly suggest one with a similar genre =)

they are both comedy
the difference being air gear is an action comedy revolving around an air trek team named kogorasumaru (air treks are basically motorized roller-blades)
welcome to the NHK is more of a dark comedy about those who lock themselves away from society it revolves around Satou a Hikikomori and his troubles trying to become part of society again

if you like comedy then you will love Ouran High School Host Club.
Ouran High School Host Club is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Bisco Hatori.
the story is about Haruhi Fujioka, a scholarship student to the exclusive Ouran High School, by a accident on her first day, she is forced to join the school's host club. but at first no one know that she is a girl but one by one the host club finger it out but the rest of the school think Haruhi is a boy. So it's focuses on the relationships within and without the club.

it's a cute , and loving story that will make you laugh, it has friendship, family, love, comedy, cake, fighting in some parts, oh and let not forget about the cake. you will see what i mean about the cake if you read this. = )

is there really cake....i was promised cake once and i dont want to go down that road again...damn you glaDos

yes there is cake a cute blond hair boy eats it in every manga his nick name is honey and no one deals try to take it from him. the funny thing is he look to be 8 but he is 18. and he also carry a stuff bunny around with him. but the host club do treat him like a kid at times and when they do he talks to the bunny while eating his cake. but they are also afraid of him too. the reason everyones afraid of him is because he is super strong and knows how to fight. what i think what make him that strong is all that sugar he is eating.

if u want to see comedies, you can try special-a or k-on =D .
for a slice of darkness along with your comedy , try rozen maiden =)

im currently totally in to L-DK...
its a manga under romance...school life etc..
i like it..
