I hate the cartoons that are an imitation of Japanese anime. It's just sad how they think that they can try to create work that's comparable to Japanese anime...

Iam an american and I love Anime better than anything on tv
I believe that 45% of the USA population likes anime. 35% of that 45% are Emo kids, the rest are young teenagers, adults and pre-teens.
Ok you all know its not anime unless its directly made by japanese peoples/ ? just wondering, Otherwise its just a animation. oO, there is no such thing as american anime, just american animation.

True true my friend, but if they view it from the japanese perspective, any animation is "anime"
If that were the case wouldn't they dislike disney as well? I know in Californai the anime-lovers percentage is in the 60s mabye 70s yet the contries intirty (i think i spelled that right) is only in the 30s and 40s now why should that be?
