Besides anime, what else do you love about Japan?

i love the food, jdramas, games and music from japan. well i love those games that they develop the graphics is usually quite good! as for music i am more into johnny entertainment music i just realised that i hardly have other groups music in my computer. lol.

well for food need i say more? its yummy! although i don't eat seafood so its a bit of a waste.

jdramas i usually watch more for the actors actually, but i also like the storyline how it is short and sweet and not draggy like korean ones. =)

other than anime i love sushi with wasabi.i love it because of its tangy flavor! :)

I agree with you too, Chi Quansan! :) I too love sushi with wasabi and of course with some soya sauce and ginger too ;) So to answer the question, besides anime I like learning about their traditional dishes, festivals, language, arts - you know their culture.

This has intrigued me for quite a long time now, but why does everyone want to go there to Japan so badly?? o.O I know it's a fascinating country (and I've been in that shiny awe before when I got there) but why?

I love light novels. Rage Against the Moons, Reborn On The Mars. Vampire Hunter D. They all rock and I salute them.

Besides anime....
-Musical acts like Buck-Tick, Schwein, Schaft, and Soft Ballet.
-The lights, the night city... I don't know why but I love the night city lit up with neon marquees and office/apartment windows.
-The history of samurai, mainly the Sengoku period... it's in the name. I'm most fascinated with the samurai Masamune Date. The castles and all that seem really cool.
-Ninja Warrior, awesome show where competitors go through a course that tests their strength, speed, and endurance.
-Video game gods like Hideo Kojima, if I saw that man in the streets of Tokyo I would flip out scream and run towards him and ask for an autograph even though he may not speak English.

I love the food of course and i love the buliding and the culter and also,the girls they are very hot......and cool ....

i like the history of japan art . and clothes, food as well .i love the way the rice cook that my fav for food.

aslo like the way it long and that not harm has come.
