Well, looking at the kanji...
The first two characters, 武道 (budou) means "martial arts"
The last kanji, 会 (kai) can mean 'meet(ing)', or 'assembly' which can translate to 'tournament'
So in a sense... everyone's (at least, partially) right![]()
