OK so I bought this cool card set but I have no idea what it says on the back can someone translate it for me?

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Both my Japanese teacher and I looked at it together and it has to much Kanji and no Katakana so we both think it's not Japanese. Sorry I couldn't be any more help.

er, kingmustang... these characters are Chinese characters not Japanese
my chinese is kinda bad, so i cannot really get the meaning of the entire text. but a few parts of the text is referring to the China's Great Yellow River
you should bring this to ChinaTown or someplace with people who can read chinese , maybe they can help explain it to you
