Oxygen was sold along the way. The higher you got, the more expense the drinks were being sold.

Really hard climb where I had to get down on all fours at times.

Max height of Mt Fuji is 3776 metres. Well worth it, but wont be doing it again.
Sounds like you had a great time . . . I think. Now, I read somewhere that a lot of people had littered on Mt. Fuji. Is that the case?

The trial was quite clean. There was the occasional broken torch strap, vomit from altitude sickness but that's about it. It was very clean, and everyone tries hard to keep things like that. There are 4 different trails you can take, and only one of them you can see the sunrise from if you don't make it to the top in time.

It's tough... whilst it may not be extremely cold to some parts of Canada, you have to dress for both summer and winter. At the bottom it's 30+ degrees celsius. By the time you reach the top, it's around 7 degrees celsius.

The most enjoyable part was definitely sitting down and enjoying the sunrise with my friends nearby. Worst part was getting sunburnt on the way day.

Have uploaded 3 pics into the gallery.

Wow.. Those are some pretty amazing photos.... I just have one question.. I can't find the photo, but i'll find it a soon as i can.. It's a picture off what is said to be Mt. Fuji and a cloud around it at the top (just like Saturn) and with snow on top... Back to the question. Those trails your where talking about, are they on each side off the mountain? (like south, north, east and west)

    Re: Climbing Mt Fuji

Yeh, there are a total of 4 different trials you can take. Some are harder and faster than others. The trail I took started from 2400 meters. Took me around 6 hours just to climb to 3776 meters to the summit. So you can see how long it took.

Only one of the trails you can see the sunrise from. So if you don't make it to the summit in time, no worries as you will still be able to see the sunrise.
