I don't know about gohobi, but if nekomimi is 2 words than it means "cat ears", and meido can either mean like "Hades" or "brightness" as far as I know...

I know they are terms used in and/or for anime. I'm pretty sure meido is is a maid type character. But I don't know what the others mean.

Oh, is it katakana spelling for "meido"? Because if you say it, it sounds a lot like maid. I thought you meant hiragana, sorry ^^:; Does "cat ears" make sense for nekomimi?
