Thread: im going to japan!!!

Things in Japan are more expensive than things in America ...or so I hear. I don't really know the conversion of currency between Austrialian money, American dollars, and Japanese yen, but yeah. It would be wise to save your money anyway. Think thoroughly before you spend because before you know it, it will be gone and you just might find something you really want and find yourself in a situation where you lack the money to obtain that something.

Congratulations that your going to Japan. I think you should shop around before buying something cause Im sure there are stores that have different price for the same thing.

If you know Japanese, sure. Or make sure you find dvds with English subs.

Anyway, anime and manga is less expensive in Japan than it is overseas.
You will have to be very adept in Japanese to understand it of course...

yeah, ur not going to be able to find amny translated animes in japan, better be learning some foreign languages! Also you'd thing they would be cheaper, i would like to go to a convention over there someday !!
