Could you state his name in kanji? That'll help me understand it better. I checked Wikipedia but it says his name is Tohno Shiki, and there doesn't seem to be any information about "Nanaya Shiki".
Yup,that Tsukihime I'm talking about.
But, I'm talking about game version.
In game version, you can find the fact that Tohno Shiki was born with name Nanaya Shiki.
He's from Nanaya clan. But, his clan was killed by Tohno family and he was adopted as child by Tohno family when he just a little child. He doesn't remember it too. That's why he had name Tohno not Nanaya.
But,in game he has another personality that is a killer. He was called Nanaya Shiki.
Now, does Nanaya has meaning? I know nana means 7.
I love you,so please don't love me.

At the top of my head, I believe you can drop the 'no' for titles - i.e. Jefaason koukou (Jefferson high school) or something like that =]Originally Posted by blue_rebel
Well, yeah, I suppose, since if it were Jefferson no Koukou it'd be Jefferson's High School, and that would seem funny. Then everyone would ask, "Who's Jefferson?" XD
BTW, Howl, don't confuse oujo with ojo or jo'ou. ^^;; Oujo (princess) is the female equivalent of ouji, ojo is pretty much the Japanese way of saying "young lady" politely like we do in English, and jo'ou (queen) is the female equivalent of ou.![]()
