    At the top of my head, I believe you can drop the 'no' for titles - i.e. Jefaason koukou (Jefferson high school) or something like that =]
    oh,yeah.sorry^_^;;
    that's the one I mean.
    I must have misread it. I was quite tired at that time. Sorry.

    And I haven't got the kanji spell of Nanaya Tohno. Sorry.
    When I got it, I 'll post it. Cause I'm starting to had too much things to do lately.
    I love you,so please don't love me.

    Errrmmm, I'm sorry. What "juan" do you mean? In what language?

    The only similarity Chinese and Japanese share is the fact that both languages use some of the same characters - this is due to the fact that the Japanese kanji was derived from the old Chinese kanji. Japanese kanji is more complicated than the Chinese equivalent because... well, Chinese uses more modern characters, while Japanese still utilises the really old ones.

    But Japanese also has furigana, which Chinese doesn't.

    I'm going to assume you mean the name ^^; Sorry if I'm wrong. You can write/pronounce Juan as 'Wan', 'Won', 'Hoan', 'Fuan', or 'Fuwan' in katakana, the first two being closer to the pronunciation. There's another thread here about names that might help too~

    Re: Japanese language learning.

    Mmmmm... I've never really tried saying that before but I'd go for :

    (1) 私は生活とともに歩む --> watashi ha jinsei to tomo ni ayumu (personally, I don't I should be using "jinsei" here, but I couldn't think of another word)

    (2) 私は時代とともに歩む --> watashi ha jidai to tomo ni ayumu (literally "moving with the times"...)

    Or you could try "mou hoka no michi ni aruku" (jinsei no michi?) to say that you're now walking along a different path. Switch to "atarashii michi" or "atarashii seikatsu no michi" if you prefer "new path" to "different path".

    Wow that shall be a long tattoo, but what a nice quote to have ^^ I wouldn't mind getting a kanji tattoo, but I don't have a clue what to put (then again, I haven't a clue on what kind of general tattoo to get, if I'd get one ^_^0)

    Re: Japanese language learning.

    If I ever get one, it'll have the kanji for MIYABI on it. Plenty of lines (so it'll hurt if it's a real tattoo ^^; but it's a nice word. Nice meaning. Plus, Miyavi has the same tattoo. XD
