deshou doesn't mean "probably". It's a variation of desu ne, from which darou also stems. "Probably" is tabun or kamo (shirenai).
Also, where colours are concerned, you don't necessarily have to add the "i" to the end of each colour unless you're describing something. For example, white is just "shiro" but a white jacket is "shiroi jaketto". If you watch Tenipuri, there is an episode where the players have to call out the colours of the balls as they hit them, and you will notice that they say ao, aka, etc, and not aoi and akai.
