And that dubbing thing can mostly be seen in Chinese/HK films.

Yeah it's kinda like that but it's more like when they talk they have a different voice or something.

Anyone who's seen any of the original Godzilla movies have seen something like this. This can also be seen in any Live action film that has had its language tracked dubbed over by a different language.

Dubbing is used in a lot of movies, even in those where you think it's really the actors themselves talking. It's just how well the film is edited that makes all the difference.
Take it from a film major.

You make it sound like a bad thing.. I like some dubbing in Anime.. I sometimes really perfer it in english. IDK.. Maybe I am strange.

Dubbing in REAL movies not cartoon/anime is just darn right horrible. Esecially ones like bruce lee and all those cool chinese kung fu movies. The action was great but the dubbing made it sound somewhat..... uhh.... how to explain... like ....crap?
