    Do you mean Narita International Airport or Tokyo International Airport (Haneda)?
    You're probably talking about Narita, since Haneda does more domestic flights.

    If you're in Tokyo, Nikko isn't that far away.
    That's where the Tokugawa Shoguns are buried.

    Kamakura and Yokohama are both day trips from Tokyo. Mt. Fuji is actually rather far by comparison.

    Yeah but Tokyo is a pretty crowed place and it's a city nothing much to sight see.

    I prefer the other things rather than being over crowded in a city.

    There are still museums, the Tokyo Tower, temples, shrines, etc. to visit.
    I suggest you get used to how crowded Japan really is. They're living with 127 000 000 people on 30% of their land mass.
