Personally I'd use the Windows' Japanese IME pad to have that kanji as a letter in my clipboard (the handwriting- part of Windows' Japanese IME) and translate it or put it into an internet kanji dictionary (I don't use them, so I can't point you to any other place than Worldlingo (clicky) )

「心」 - Heart
Readings: shin/kokoro (kun) kokoro/mune (on)
4 sequenses in writing.
kokoro=soul, spirit, feelings, heart...basically a word refering to the human heart and/or soul. Hope that helps cuz I'm really bad at describing things to ppl.
