![]() ![]() | Re: Learn Japanese Lesson 2 To my knowledge, どうも (doumo) used by itself is informal. It's a tricky word; I still don't know exactly how to use it. As for "my name is buttonz", it would be watashi no namae wa buttonz desu. You could also say "I'm buttonz": watashi wa buttonz desu. You wouldn't use -chan, -kun, etc. Other people (close kin) would address you as buttonz-chan. |
