Hmmm, I believe お母さま (okāsama) is the respectful way to say お母さん (okāsan), "mother".
And the particle 「か」 at the end of a sentence turns the sentence into a question.
So I guess it says "Mommy?" or "Are you my mommy?" or something like that.
Don't take my word for it though. :lurk:
