Need help saying one Japanese word.

For the word "Business" I know it is "bijinesu". But can anyone tell me as to how am I suppose to say it correctly.

Is it:

Bee-ji-ne-su

or

bee-ji-nes?

The katakana ways to spell it are ビズネス and ビジネス which is "bi-zu-nè-su" and "bi-ji-nè-su" respectively . A Japanese person would say something along the lines of [bijinass] (the a is somewhere between an "a" and an "e").
