Thread: No more chopsticks?

I don't like wooden chopsticks anyways, the way i hold chopsticks makes it hard for me to grap food with. Im surprise that China has taken initiative to save the enivonment, cause I thought profit always comes first for them. It would affect the parts of the world, just the parts where they are importing wooden chopsticks from China. Maybe other countries will follow i dunno, still too early to speculate anything. I think this merely a indirect assault towards the Japanese from China, something like a poke in the eye.

China made a smart move.
Good for the environment too, new chopsticks will just have to be made out of other materials.

I like chopsticks, but wooden chopsticks are weird cause they get a little soft once they've been soaked in water.

Kinda smart move yes...But still I'm ready for pay the extra for those original
wooden chosticks...just for the nostalgy.

The non-wooden chopsticks are quite nice. ^__^ Especailly that some have a nice design on them....

Well considering that several restaurants plainly have disposable chopsticks on the Take-Out or the non-fancy...

I would think: O_O What the fnck will happen to my favorite Japanese restaurants?!
