Can someone please translate what shes saying?
She's a fangirl who doesn't know Japanese particularly well trying to speak it in a cutesy anime voice.
A translation:
"hello everyone, this is maggie
TWO THOUSAND SEVEN
finiched
WOW!!
How about you guys?
I want to go
always always
I want to go
JAPAN!
I'll do my best
You do your best too
see you
byebye"
*claws out eyes*
Thank you very much!
Btw, does she even look Japanese? Or is she just a half Japanese/ half Caucasian girl wanting to go to japan?
does it matter?
her Japanese is crap in spite of including the most basic possible sentence structures (which she's slaughtering). She shouldn't be blogging in Japanese reguardless of her ethnicity. It is indeed an insult to serious learners/speakers of Japanese that she can get this much praise for doing such a shoddy job of such incredibly simple grammar.
She's cute.
That's all.
And that's more than enough on the internet (unfortunately).
Lol, I said the same to my roommate last night who was watching this and I don't even understand Japanese. Probably because of the "tsurara-effect." I told him that she her ratings were probably from her cute face, but she'll probably be ridiculed like crazy by the hardcore people.
EDIT: hahahaha hey if anyone watches the video check out the comments.
"she's got big bazookas"
I think that when you devote 7 years of your life to getting good enough just to speak WITHOUT sounding like an utter idiot: cute, featherhead camgirls eliciting verbal orgasms from fanboys over Japanese learned from 6 months of watching Naruto fansubs just makes you want to go on mass-murder sprees.
Japanese is HARD.
Pretty is genetic.
>_<;
though i dont know how to speak
japanese or even how tro writeits language
i can see where your comming from with this
becuase why work your ass off if someone with
no clue on how to pronounce things gets all the
attention?
for me i think unless you can actually use the language
in a conversation and really use the right grammer
you shouldt even attempt it unless you like looking like
an idiot
But I think that if you start utilizing Japanese into your daily sentences, you will get better faster, and eventually speaking japanese will be just as easy as speaking your first language. You're never going to get better if you don't practice, of course..
She's still young, and will get better over time, imo.
