"aye-neh" is how you'd pronounce it... don't over think it, Japanese has a very simple and clear phonetics than English. in Japanese, every syllable has one sound, so you just pronouce it down the line "ah-ee-n-eh" --> "aye-neh --> "Aine"
I have a very difficult time trying to pronounce Japense names. I have recently been reading this manga series called Sensual Phrase, and I love the meaning for the girls name, Aine. But I have no idea how to pronounce it, if you know how please let me know.

Ironically you wrote pronunciation wrong...

^O^ ahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
>_> spelling isn't my strong suit! oh well! i hope it was at least helpful! maybe someone with a better grasp of the languages would have helped better! sorry!
Okay, excuse me for not being perfect at spelling....
>.< i'm a silly goose! but really, just don't over think the spelling! it's easy if you take every letter for what it is!
Actually, that's not quite right - pronouncing it as you see it. Aine is pretty straightforward - "eye-neh". But the thing with vowels in the Japanese language is, they don't actually sound the same as they do in other languages.
"a" - is just "ah", pretty straightforward.
"i" - is "ee", straighforward too.
"e" - is a cross between "air" (w/o the "r") and the "a" in "ape"
"u" - is a cross between "oo" and "uh"
"o" - is a cross between "owe" and "aw"
Takes quite a bit of practice to get it right.
