This is going to sound kinda strange but...me and my friend were watching Lords of Dogtown tonight...when she asks me if surfing is a big thing in Japan. As much as I like the Japanese culture...I don't really know. So I was hopeing someone here could tell me. Comments anyone? ^-^

Yeah I suppose that's true. I knew they had beaches and stuff...I just didn't know wether or not surfing was popular. I assumed they did surf some at least. Thanks for the info though ^-^

yeah there so involved with other sports and eletronics its never as popular
I could see that being the case. They are busy probably about 80 percent of the time with other things besides sports.

i think baseball is one the bigger sports over there i think surfing is just a rec thing
