I think that there is some advertisement under her skirt. Because the whole thing must have some economic purpose.

And it would surely cheer me up on the way to work. Sans the ad, of course.
It helps if you think of Tokyo as a giant, perverted theme park. ^_~

Nice artwork. Ecchi or not, it's still artistic and original.

Ecchi is just part of their culture more like USA's tradition of invading other countries that don't agree on what USA says.

That cant be real!! If it is I definitely have to see it with my own eyes!! You sure that the pic isnt a fake one using the figures of the characters from the magazine "Moe-tan"?(I think that was the title)

It isn't, to my knowledge, a fake, however it could easily be a Moe-tan sponsored advertisment.

Yeah, well it doesnt seem to real to me. The character is kinda "floating" and the texture of it seems too smooth for something that large and there is no way that its a balloon.

...then again I could be wrong.

    Re: Um, ecchi?

    Let me just say this:

#1: If America got past laws and was able to put that up: Do you realize how many people would go there because it's very original?

    #2: ............. AHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!! XXD

#3: If there was an advertisement up her skirt....... I tell you, that's very intelligent! XD I mean, who couldn't resist? People would start buying the product from then on!

#4: ._. Japan, taboo? ^_^ Well of course it is.
It's one of the things that make it...... interesting. ^_~
It gives many original ideas, as well as spread and popularize such ideas.
    Taboo, maybe... but definitely known.
    >_> It happens.

    ......

    >u> It's like Germany. Wheeeeeeeee!!!

^_^ Japan may stick out like a zit being covered by make-up... but all of the world knows, when it comes to the world of such perverted things, America doesn't hide it's full-blown zit. XD
