Thread: Valentine's Day in Japan

I have also looked at that as well, I has found it strange yet interesting that the boys in Japan get chocolates and valentines that the girls.

That's a surefire way for guys to know that they are wanted or not.

Very interesting... That would be nice, and I wouldn't mind getting them something a month. I like the idea that it's more of a friendship thing than a lover thing. That means more people who don't have a significant other (like myself ) can participate!

That's a nice tradition. And fair too! I saw something like this in the manga "IMADOKI!" by Yuu Watase. The girls gave the guys either white roses or red roses. White for friendship, Red for love. On White day, the guys would either return the feelings as "friends" or "I love you". Too cute!

wow japan is cool only stayed for a week but my valen times suked we had a huge snow storm and all the boys got upset even me and i am a happy dude.

White day... hmm... it's such a ripoff... I have already been out and bought 8 different lots of chocolates for different women that gave me chocolate on Valentine's Day.

It's all friendship so don't think I have 8 girlfriends...

So if they just give you chocolates as friends then do the people/couples do the same to their partner for V-Day?
