Lets see from what i know megan is a variation of Margaret which is derived from the greek word for pearl. and pearl in japanese is 'Shinju'. It's not really a name but...

And on a nother note your name kinda sounds like the japanese word for eye glasses.

my name is Renee which is saisei in japanese which means reborn......interesting stuff

the website (http://www.takase.com/Names/NameInJapaneseS.htm) says my name is Sutefan (my real name is Stephen) but i think its more like Oukan because my name means crown and Oukan is how you say crown in jappanese

'Sutefan' is just how you would write and pronounce it in Japanese. 'Oukan' is just the alternate meaning of the kanji However it seems like the 'Stephen' there is pronounced 'Steh-fahn', so if you pronounce your name "Stee-vehn", then I would look at the katakana for 'Steven' (the kanji is all the same for those though ^.^; )

Well, i know there are people on this forum who will correct me if i'm wrong, Adam means 'man' in hebrew. 'man' in Japanese is otoko, it's technically not a name not but....what i wrote is not inncorrect(except maybe some spelling:P).

I'm guess on this but...the katakana pronounciation would be a-da-me(?) i not positive about that last one. I'm actually not sure about this, lil_G135 knows this part better than i do and she's more confident about it to.
