Why do Japanese and other Asian Women have small Breasts?

How come Japanese and other Asian women don't have breast? Is there some type of biolgoical reason for their small mammary glands? It's not uncommon for guys to make jokes and say comments like " that Chinese girl has a body like a 10 year old boy."

OR something like this.

Asian people are smaller in stature and proportions by default. I don't see how breast size would be any different.

Mexican women are smaller and stature but they still have normal sized breast.

*Japanese women don't have huge breast unless they get implants so yeah*

Indeed it isn't exactly related to how tall they are but it is part of their racial structure. Which is something that was developed through the ages. Just like the eyes and the predominantly black hair colour.

And a Japanese woman can have natural big breasts just like any other woman.

As far as I know Rio Natsume's breasts are 100% natural. Her bust size is 98cm.
