Why only Japanese Culture

The japanese arent the only one who make anime and mangas. they should have korean and chinese. i've seen korean animes and chinese. i just dont understand that is only has to be japanese

Anime by definition comes from Japan. That would be why.

The generally accepted definition of 'Anime' is animation written and targeted for a Japanese audience. Korea and China must have their own domestic names for animation and graphics novels, with the Korean graphic novel term ('Manwah') is already in wide spread use, to distinguish it from 'Manga'

ya and i would like to say that japan made one of the best anime 'rocketboy' which is still popular, and i think chinese and koreans want to build a reputation of something that famous
