i get it from my asian friends, and other friends/family. ever since i moved to philadelphia, i just naturally fit in more with the "asian crowd". not purposely!
i get things like "you're not white, you're deffinatley asian!" from asians alot. lol.
sometimes i get annoyed, but i just breathe and try to take everything as a compliment.
i also face alot of racism/descrimination from asians as well, but that is a totally different subject, haha. my point is, i understand the struggles of it all!
Hmmm if it's me...I am not obsessed with cultures from Japan but I must say that I am quite attracted to them... I am an anime lover so Japanese culture play an important part over me... I need to understand them in order to understand most animes that I watch.. o.o

I do appreciate the Japanese culture. Well some of it. I like them for being so discipline and creative. But to answer your question. I love my culture compared to others and I have never been obsessed with the Japanese culture, i just appreciate it and nothing more.
