Well in Japanese Shawn = Shoon, and there seams to be no Japanese derivative for Pearson or at least none that the translator could find.

It is pronounced "TORIINA". (Consonants are pronounced more or less the same way as in English. "A" sounds like a in father, but shorter. "I" sounds like ee in meet, but shorter. "O" sounds like o in old. Double vowels like "II" are held for twice the duration of single vowels.)
