Oh god this is a tough one as I love fish... Well there is one I know NOT to eat at that is with blue crab as I am allergic to it. Other then that hard to say... I will go with calamari.

um.. i live in texas, and there ain't that many different types of sushi were i live, mostly shrimp and crab rolls, those are my fave, but at the same time, they are kinda the only ones i know.
i would actually like to know which you guys think would be best for me to try (and i'm afraid of raw fish, so you can see why i need help)
Yellow tail sashimi. When it's fresh and tender it just practically melts in your mouth.
... Ok so I like rolls more than sushi. I happen to like the more typical rolls like salmon skin, crunch roll, california is always a yummo cheapo, uuuhhh jupiter is pretty cool, and I think I'm missing one more- AH HAH. The shrimp tempura. <3<3<3<3<3
Yes, I love rolls, lol. And no, I never put any ginger or wasabi. I never really liked the taste of ginger and spicy things hate my mouth.
i basically like all sushi. i have to say my favorites are the california roll, spicy tuna and salmon skin rolls always make me happy. i like many more but i forgot the names :laugh:

Now in the coastal city of Capitola, I know of a hole in the wall Shushi bar that goes by the name of 'The Pink Godzilla', which is known for its outlandish experimental, (but quite tasty) shushi rolls... My favorite is a combination of raw tuna, macadamia nuts, cream cheese with tonkatsu sauce, all wrapped in your traditional vinegared rice and seaweed wrap...
