She was 5. There was no need for her to be arrested. She threw a very bad tantrum by knocking around desks and hitting authority, but she's only 5. I've seen the videos of what really happened. She was arrested when the police came into the room. She sat down quiet when they came in. Then they arrested her. All of this happened because she didnt want to participate in class.

I believe the teacher should have left her alone if she didnt want to participate. Instead of following her around and aggravating her. Then again the mother should have came when she was called.

She may have been 5, but she was a strong as a 10 tear old. Oh and they didnt arrest her. They just put her in handcuffs for her own safety. They couldn't control her, so the handcuffs were to bring her under control. Yes they could of stopped her without the hankdcuffs, bu that would ge the school sued.
