As Samurai said, there's no reason to have a storyline with action in it. Of course, it's even better when you have plot and action and comedy and sadness all mingled together. |

Whoa. | Re: action or storyline? Any form of film or cartoon etc has a balance of both. Or at least some form of excitement.

Take Dragonball for example, its mostly fighting, yeah yeah it has a storyline, but a very small one that usually just repeats, and you always know theres gonna be some 6 eisode fight, lol. I believe the storyline makes it important but there has to be some other eye catching-mind grabbing thing that jsut gets your attention.
