Kill those innocent creatures ? Ummm... its hard to resist. Maybe that's the point of the game. Make peoples cry while playing.

Well, to each their own I suppose. I'm here to debate dammit! Not to play other games.

I will note I play CS:Source and JointOp occasionally in which humans attack each other. In the case of animals though, they can't dont have the same....what's a good word...Foolishness that we seem to carry.

Is there a slim chance this friend was a girl? Now I'm not trying to be a stereotypical dick, but it's usually the ladies who get worked up about it than the guys. Personally, I'm not bothered by it they aren't even REAL rabbits! and if you are man OR woman that doesn't appreicate it, DON'T PLAY IT! That's why it's an arcade section, to give you freedom of what game you want to play. You won't see anyone get worked up about shooting an alien in Space Invaders will ya?

I don't find anything wrong with the game. It's a mindless flash game, not real life. I doubt the person that wrote the game was thinking, "hey, maybe I can influence people to attack real rabbits with real mallets."

Besides, there are so many derivations of the game and the rabbit smacking is one of the more tame versions. For example, there is one out there where, instead of a rabbit, the player is trying to smack bouncing penises with a mallet (here).

Interesting to think though that people might cry "animal cruelty" when it's rabbits, but when it's male genitalia it's "girl power."

It's a dumb game like so many others here. And another thing, you probaly wouldn't be that worked up when you're that dumb Yeti throwing snowballs at penguins would you? There's animal's rights, and then there's humor time passer. Real life involves animal's rights, smack the rabbit is a humorous time passer.

The difference between te Yeti throwing snowballs is that the animals aren't splattered and it is more cartoon driven.

Not to mention it's animal-animal...And Yetti snowball attacks are at an all-time high in Yukon
