An Anime Club List.

Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree but I think it would be nice if we had a list of anime clubs and the city they are in and plus info would be a good idea.

We do need a links section to replace the old one. This frday I will be doing a bunch of installations and updates so I will see what I can do about this
